  Ordered from this florist on three separate occasions. The last two times the flowers I chose from the selection online were not what was delivered. I spoke with I think it was the owner? She argued with me about the most recent bouqet which was supposed to be solid sunflowers nothing else just big sunflowers the photo online was only sunflowers and that's what I paid for. I saw a picture of the bouqet after it was delivered.... I could see maybe 2 sunflowers from the photo and the rest was cheap filler flowers. I explained this to the owner I wanted one type of flower and I chose from your online store and that's what I expected to be delivered and it wasn't. After she failed to convince me she did me a favor she agreed to give me a small refund. She confirmed the refund amount and hung up on me. Never ever buying flowers here again. Might as well have no photos or flower selection, list one price, and have the description read.... Whatever we decide to send out for you. Order at your own risk!
