  BEWARE!!!!!
  
  This is what happened with my lower teeth.
  Alexander is my student dentist. He is an affable and hard working student.
  
  On the first visit, Alex took X-Rays. I was in pain due to the left lower bicuspid. He said I needed a root canal.
  
  I don’t remember the exact second visit. On the third visit, he was grinding the bicuspid tooth extremely hard. That is when, I think, he was administering the endodontic therapy to get rid of the pain and start the root canal.
  
  When I returned home, I looked in my mouth and cried because my left lower teeth, 21, 22 ,23, 24, (two incisors, the canine and bicuspid) were crowded and crooked. They were straight before. I called Alex by phone, told him about my crooked teeth, and told him I wanted him to talk to a dentist.
  
  On the next appointment I asked to see a dentist, he left the room and came back quickly. I said I want to see my first X-Rays. He said he couldn’t find them. I told him I could prove that my lower teeth were straight before…I had X-Rays taken before I became a patient at LECOM Dental School. He dismissed it and said that I'd have to go see an orthodontist. Thankfully, he was not rude in discussing it. I asked if an orthodontist was on staff and he said, ”No.”
  
  Alex had the flu and he tried to make our next appointment but missed it. I waited in the lobby for my appointment for a long time. Finally, I went to the front desk to ask if Alex was there. I had driven 1½ hours. After ten minutes,
  they came back and said he had to go home because he was sick with the flu.
  FRONT DESK DYSFUNCTION!
  
  After the next appointment (prefab post and core), I came home, looked in the mirror and noticed that my upper right incisor was beginning to jut out from the lower crooked tooth below.
  
  My next appointment was to be March 5th at 10 AM. The school called to remind me of my 10 AM appointment. I called early the next morning to cancel due to my husband’s reaction when I told him about the situation. I explained to him what had transpired with my crooked lower teeth and upper jutting tooth.
  He said, “This is not acceptable.”
  
  Dr. Patterson did e-mail me on March 5th and said he had me down for an appointment at 1PM. Good thing I didn’t drive three hours (both ways) that day and to wait three hours for my appointment that was supposed to be at 10 AM.
  The teaching dentists told me they looked at the x-rays and my teeth were not crooked!!!! I asked the dentist to send the x-rays and molds with dates so I could review them. CRICKETS! I have x-rays to prove that my lower teeth were straight across and did not jut out. I have sent them pictures and they still will not admit fault!
  
  Now I have to find an orthodontist to straighten my teeth at great cost! They need to return my payments.
  
  Finally, I have to call the CEO of the Dental School to get help!

  best people got 4 teeth pulled with xrays 250.00 excellent deal compared to regular dentist costing as much as 200 to pull 1 tooth the guy i had mike davies was wonderful cannot say enough how pleased i am and you know he has to have a great support team keep up the good works guys
